Kynatx

For nutritionists

Plans people can actually follow

A plan gets abandoned the first time it asks for something the client will not eat. Kynatx gives every meal a set of swaps, turns the week into a grocery list, and tells you honestly how much of it was eaten.

What you get

Everything the job actually needs

Build a week, not a document

Compose days from a library of meals and whole day blocks you have already written. Inserting one copies it, so improving your template never rewrites a plan a client is eating off today.

  • Reusable meal and day blocks
  • Up to 14 days in a rotation, 12 meals a day
  • Per-day calorie and macro targets
  • Up to 10 substitutions per meal
  • Assign to a client, or write one bespoke for them

A grocery list that is never stale

The shopping list is worked out from the plan every time it is opened — nothing is stored, so it cannot disagree with the week you just edited. Quantities sum per ingredient and unit, and swaps are deliberately excluded, since a swap replaces a meal rather than adding to it.

Adherence you can trust

Clients mark meals eaten or skipped and can attach a photo. A whole-day tick is treated as shorthand for its meals, and a specific meal always outranks it. Where nothing carried a number, adherence reports nothing rather than zero — a plan written as “2 eggs” is a real plan, and 0 g of protein is a lie a progress bar will happily draw.

  • Eaten / skipped per meal, per day
  • Photo logging, with location data stripped
  • Confirm a client’s photo — and the tick clears if they change it
  • Logs kept even between plans, counted toward none

Intake, offers and the routine messages

The paperwork around a plan is here too, and it is the same set a coach gets — allergies and history asked once in a form you wrote, an offer they accept in chat, and the check-ins you would otherwise remember to send.

  • Consultation forms, sent to a client and answered in the app
  • Their answers are yours alone — a co-professional never sees them
  • Offer a fee or a block in chat; accepting sets it up
  • Automated check-ins in your own words, off until you turn them on

You only see your own work

A client may have a coach as well as you. You see your plans and your logs, never a co-professional’s, and the client can switch history sharing off entirely without ending the relationship.

Both hats, one profile

If you coach as well as write nutrition, that is one account, one profile and one client list. Adding the second profession takes a single call, there is no second onboarding, and a client you work with in both capacities is still one person on your roster.

Write your first plan

Add the nutrition profession to your Kynatx profile and build a client a week they will actually eat.
