Delete your account
One page does it, whether or not you still have the app.

https://app.kynatx.com/delete-account is the page. Log in there and the delete button is on it — you do not need the app installed, and you do not need to contact anyone.
If you still have Kynatx on your phone, Settings → Account → Delete account is the same action.
If you cannot log in
Email hello@kynatx.com with the phone number you signed up with. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and it is done within 30 days.
This is also the route if a coach created the account for you and you never used it — you should not have to sign in to get rid of something you never asked for.
What it does, and what it leaves
Deletion closes the account, ends every session, and releases your phone number and email so they can be used to sign up again. It is not reversible and there is no restore — export a backup first if you might want your training history later.
Anything stored only on your phone was never sent to us and is unaffected; uninstalling is what removes that. A workout a coach logged stays their own professional record, no longer linked to you. Records the law requires us to keep, such as proof that a payment happened, are kept for that long and no longer. Training data you synced is retained after the account closes — ask in the email above and we will erase it.
