Kynatx is run by [FULL LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS, CITY, COUNTRY]. Using the app or this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

You need to be 18 or older. One account belongs to one person — do not share a login. You are responsible for what happens under your account, which in practice means keeping access to the phone number you sign in with.

Tracking your own training is free, with no time limit and no advertising.

Coaching and gym features are paid above a free allowance. The current plans and prices are shown in the app at the point you subscribe, and those are the authoritative ones — this page does not restate them.

If a subscription lapses you keep access to everything you have already created and to your existing clients. What stops is adding new clients and uploading new videos. Videos already uploaded keep playing.

Kynatx records training and nutrition. It is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical advice. Coaches and nutritionists on the platform are independent professionals — they are not employed by us, and we do not supervise the programs or plans they write. Talk to a doctor before starting a new regime, and stop if something hurts.

Money you pay a coach, nutritionist or gym is between you and them. Kynatx records what they tell it and derives who is behind on payments; it does not take the money, hold it, or refund it. A dispute about a session that did not happen is one to settle with the person you paid.

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to the people you chose to show it to — your coach, or everyone signed in if you post it to the community.

You keep the right to take it with you: export a full backup from the app at any time.

The community feed and chat are shared spaces. Do not post anything that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual, violent, or that harasses another person. Do not post somebody else’s photo, training data or personal details without their agreement. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not use the platform to advertise something unrelated, to spam, or to sell anything the law does not let you sell.

Every post can be reported from the app, and you can block anyone — which hides you from each other in both directions. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend the account that posted it. Serious or repeated cases end the account.

Professionals: what you write to a client is your professional work and your responsibility. Do not present yourself as holding a qualification you do not hold.

We will run the service with reasonable care. We cannot promise it is never down, never loses a request, or works on every device — and Kynatx is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and does not let us exclude.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for training decisions you or your coach make, or for data you did not back up. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — which cannot be excluded.

Keep your own backups. The app exports the whole database to a file in one tap, and that is the only copy entirely under your control.

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the app or from the deletion page. Deleting is permanent and there is no restore.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm somebody, or where we are required to. Except where something serious has happened, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.

These terms will change as the product does. If a change materially affects you, the app will say so rather than relying on you noticing this page. Continuing to use Kynatx after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away any protection your own country’s law gives you that cannot be contracted out of.
